What you can do

  • View conversations from multiple channels in one list.
  • Search, filter, pin, and manage unread conversations.
  • Reply manually or let AI help—pause or resume AI per conversation when needed.

Recommended workflow

  1. Start from Unread and respond to high-priority conversations first.
  2. Use filters (channel/bot/unread) to focus on a segment.
  3. Pin important conversations and pause AI when a human takeover is required.
