Getting started

This quickstart helps you open Omni Chats, find the right conversation, and send a reply.

Quickstart

  1. Open Omni Chats Go to AI Bucket and open Omni Chats.
  2. Find a conversation Use search and filters to locate the customer or channel you need.
  3. Read context Review recent messages and contact details before replying.
  4. Send a reply Write a message and send. If AI is enabled, you can pause or resume AI for that conversation.

Tips

  • Use "Unread only" to triage quickly.
  • Pin ongoing or sensitive conversations.
  • Pause AI when you need a human-only handoff, then resume once resolved.
