Search & organization
AI Knowledge provides search at two levels: the knowledge list, and notes inside a specific entry.
Search the knowledge list
- Use the search box on the list page to filter entries by title.
- If you don’t see expected results, simplify the keyword (use fewer words).
- Sort/recency helps: entries show token counts and last updated timestamps.
Search notes inside an entry
- Use the notes search box to filter by note title or content.
- Prefer unique keywords in titles so results are unambiguous.
- If a note is too broad, split it into smaller notes by subtopic.
Organization patterns that scale
- Use one entry per domain (project/customer/product) and multiple notes for subtopics.
- Adopt a simple title convention: "Project X – Decisions", "Project X – Runbook".
- Keep a "Summary" note and update it when you make major changes.
- Archive outdated info by adding an "(Archived)" prefix instead of deleting immediately.
