AI Knowledge helps you store reusable information as a set of knowledge entries, each containing multiple notes you can write in markdown.

When to use AI Knowledge

  • Save recurring project context, policies, playbooks, and checklists.
  • Keep meeting notes and decisions searchable and up to date.
  • Maintain structured notes per topic (one entry, many notes).
  • Use as the knowledge base for AI Customer Service AI Bots (Instagram / WhatsApp / Facebook / Webchat).

Key concepts

Knowledge entry

A container with a title and a set of notes. You create and open entries from the list page.

Notes

Each entry can contain multiple notes (title + markdown content). Notes are searchable within an entry.

Tokens

A rough size indicator for the entry. More notes/content generally means more tokens.

Last updated

Shows when the entry (or a note) was last modified, so you can see what’s fresh.
