Share URL & QR
For each bot, you can distribute its Webchat entry point as a URL or QR code on your website, landing pages, or marketing materials.
Where to find it
- In Webchat Bots, pick the bot you want to share.
- Click “Webchat URL” to open the share dialog.
- Copy the URL or download the QR code image.
URL format
/webchat/{unique_name}
{unique_name} is the value you set when creating the bot. Avoid spaces and special characters.
Distribution suggestions
- Website: add the URL to a “Support” button or embed it into a page.
- Offline: print the QR code on posters, receipts, or business cards for easy scanning.
- Internal testing: roll out to a small audience first to validate knowledge content and workflows, then expand.
