Contacts is your customer directory in AI Bucket. It helps you store and update customer information and channel identifiers so your team can find people quickly.
Where it’s used
AI Customer Service (AI Bots) inquiries from Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp / Webchat automatically add the customer to Contacts.
Key concepts
Contact
A customer profile containing identity details (name, phone, email), optional company/job info, and notes.
Search
Use the search box to quickly filter contacts by keyword.
Details panel
On desktop, selecting a contact shows details on the right; on mobile, details open in a dialog.
Channel IDs
IDs like `instagram_id`, `facebook_id`, and `whatsapp_id` help link a contact to messaging channels.
