Getting started

Start by searching for an existing contact. If they’re new, create a contact and fill in the fields you have (you can update later).

Core workflows

  1. Search contacts using the search bar.
  2. Open a contact to view details (desktop: right panel; mobile: dialog).
  3. Create a contact using the “+” button and fill in display name and any known fields.
  4. Edit a contact to add or correct details (phone/email/company/notes/channel IDs).
  5. Delete a contact when it’s no longer needed (this cannot be undone).

Tips

  • Use a consistent display name format so contacts sort and group nicely.
  • Add channel IDs when available to avoid duplicates across channels.
  • Use internal notes for context (preferences, history, follow-ups).
