Quotations helps you draft a quote for a customer, manage line items, and export a PDF for sharing.
What you can do
Create & edit quotations
Set customer, dates, subject, and line items. Total is calculated from items.
Search & browse
List quotations with pagination and keyword search.
Print PDF
Export a quotation as a PDF for emailing or downloading.
Delete quotations
Remove quotations you no longer need (this cannot be undone).
Key concepts
- Quotation: A customer-facing quote with dates, subject, notes, and a total.
- Line items: Each item has name/description/quantity/price; total = Σ(quantity × price).
- Quotation number: If empty on create, the server auto-generates a number (e.g. QUO-YYYY-0001).
- Print (PDF): A downloadable PDF generated from the quotation details.
