Invoices helps you create a bill for a customer, manage line items, and export a PDF for sharing or record keeping.

What you can do

Create & edit invoices

Set customer, dates, subject, and line items. Total is calculated from items.

Search & browse

List invoices with pagination and keyword search.

Print PDF

Export an invoice as a PDF for emailing or downloading.

Delete invoices

Remove invoices you no longer need (this cannot be undone).

Key concepts

  • Invoice: A customer-facing bill with dates, subject, notes, and a total.
  • Line items: Each item has name/description/quantity/price; total = Σ(quantity × price).
  • Invoice number: If empty on create, the server auto-generates a number (e.g. INV-YYYY-0001).
  • Print (PDF): A downloadable PDF generated from the invoice details.
