Share conversations
Share a conversation with specific workspace members. Shared conversations appear in their “Shared with me” tab.
Who can share
- Only the conversation owner can share a conversation.
- You can only share with members in the same workspace.
How to share
- Open a conversation you own.
- Click Share in the chat header.
- Select one or more workspace members.
- Click Done. Access is updated immediately.
Manage access
- To remove access, open Share and remove a user.
- Changes are saved immediately; you don’t need to recreate the conversation.
Find conversations shared with you
- Open AI Chat Bots and go to the conversation list.
- Switch to “Shared with me” to see conversations other people shared.
Notes
- Shared users can view the full conversation content.
- If a user is removed, the conversation disappears from their list.
