Seats & buddies
Seats control how many teammates can join your workspace. Buddies are workspace members with roles.
How seats work
- Every workspace includes 1 seat.
- Additional seats cost US$5 per month each.
- Adding seats is charged immediately (prorated). Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Invite buddies
Invite teammates to your workspace from Buddies.
- Open Buddies in Preferences.
- Click Invite and enter one or more emails.
- Choose a role and send invitations.
Roles
- Owner: the workspace owner. Typically has full control.
- Admin: can manage settings and members (depending on permissions).
- Member: uses apps and accesses shared workspace resources.
